The Time Has Come

The time has come for me to start blogging - all the cool people are doing it. :)

I've felt for some time that I will one day regret my total lack of recording my day to day life. I felt a small twinge after I got married. I got a pinch after a couple years of marriage when I had nothing to show for the places we'd been or the things we'd done... and Steve is no help. (ha!)

Then, sweet Abigail came along. A friend from work hosted a baby shower & set me up with all sorts of goodies to scrapbook. This was a new start, I thought. I would follow through because I had all the supplies, it was fun, and a new baby is a fantastic reason to journal your memories. Fat chance - again, no dice. I barely finished the scrapbook and to be honest... I don't seem to have a flare for that kind of art.

My sister-in-law, Danielle, a veteran blogger, seems to really like it. Distant family loves her blog because they can read about what Danielle & her family are up to and see recent pictures of her darling babies. Hmmm...
Then, I talked to a friend from church who blogs for friends back in her home town. Hmmm...

I decided I was missing out on blessings. And my family is missing out on blessings.
So, blog spot, here I come!

My handsome hubby, Steve, my dark-haired angel, Abigail, and my beautiful blondie, Joanna. Enjoy!

Your a good girl, Sam.(finally)It is really nice to check the blogs and find new information and pics of our long distance family. We need to work on your respect for the elderly. Keep the pics and day-to-day information coming. Hearing the kids voices on the phone is also a neat treat, THANKS. Love you Dad
